Now what?
Like most of our customers, you were probably notified by a major customer that they now require all of their suppliers to be ISO 9001 certified. They might have told you that you have 6 months to get ISO 9001 certified or they will find another supplier. And by now you probably bought the ISO 9001 standard, read it, and now you feel lost. "Now what?", you might ask.
ISO 9001 is not easy - or is it?
ISO 9001 can in fact be easy. We developed our All-In-One Easy 9001 Toolkit™ to make ISO 9001 not only accessible but even easy for beginners. Simply follow the included Easy 9001 Implementation Guidebook which will guide you through the 5 Easy Steps (see below); all the tools, including ready-to-use
documentation templates, are part of the package. Although the All-In-One Easy 9001 Toolkit™ is a complete and self-explanatory solution, our team of senior experts in ISO 9001 compliance is standing by to help you through the entire ISO 9001 implementation process.

Developing the ISO 9001 documentation would be the most difficult step - if you don't use good templates. ISO 9001 requires that you develop the following documentation:
- Quality Policy
- Quality Objectives
- Quality Manual
- Quality Procedures covering the following ISO 9001 Requirements: (1) Control of Documents, (2) Control of Records, (3) Internal Audit, (4) Control of Nonconforming Product, (5) Corrective Action, and (6) Preventive Action.
- Process Flowchart
The ISO 9001 documentation is very important. All documents have to meet the numerous stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2008, they have to be complete, and, of course, they have to be error-free. |

Implementing ISO 9001 at your company will involve your company's employees. You will base the ISO 9001 implementation on the ISO 9001 documentation that you so easily developed in Step 2. You will do the following:
- train your company's employees in key ISO 9001 requirements,
- introduce the use of new time-saving forms to employees, and
- have employees review and fine-tune their own work processes and write their own work instructions.

All the tools you need for this step are included in our All-In-One Easy 9001 Toolkit™:
 templates for work instructions,
 all important forms and

Conducting an internal ISO 9001 audit is not only required but it will also help you verify that your company's new ISO 9001 quality system is operational, and that any shortcomings are identified and subsequently corrected. Your ISO 9001 implementation doesn't need to be complete when you start your internal ISO 9001 audits; in fact, your audits will help you with the ISO 9001 implementation! In this step, you will
- set up your internal ISO 9001 audit program, and
- perform an internal ISO 9001 audit.
