for any reason, you may request a full refund
within 10 days of your purchase by simply
sending the completed Refund Request form to us,
subject to the following terms:
- Time Limit: This money-back guarantee is valid for 10 calendar days, calculated from the moment that our system sends you the download instructions. In order to qualify for the money back guarantee, you must notify us of your refund request through the completed Refund Request form within 10 days; the date stamp by the postal service serves as the date of notification. In addition, your Refund Request must be received by us within 25 days of your purchase. Any Refund Request post-stamped past the 10 days or received after 25 days of the time of your purchase will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail so we recommend that you sent your request by certified express mail and keep a receipt.
- Required Documentation: We only accept refund requests in form of the completely filled out, signed and notarized Refund Request form. We will not accept Refund Request forms that are incomplete, not properly signed, or not properly notarized.
- Limitation: This money back guarantee applies only to first-time customers and only to their first purchased product. A transfer of this money-back guarantee to another person is not possible.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 60 days of receipt of refund request in form of:
a) If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit card refund only to the same credit card as used originally during the purchase.
b) If you paid by PayPal, we will issue the refund by PayPal to the email address used for the purchase.
c) If you paid by wire transfer, we will issue the refund by wire transfer back to the same bank account.
- Refund Amount: All refunds are made in US dollars in the amount of your original payment. Any differentials in the exchange rate or any bank fees assessed by your bank will not be refunded. Any other costs and fees incurred by you – directly or indirectly - will not be refunded.
- Dishonored Refund Requests: Refund Requests that are incomplete, late or otherwise don’t meet our Terms will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to dishonor any refund request if we suspect fraud or abuse. We will not need to prove fraud or abuse if we dishonor a refund request, nor will we need to explain our reasons for dishonoring a refund request. In case we dishonor a refund request for any reason other than suspected fraud or abuse, we will provide you with new download instructions so that you can re-acquire the product.
- Abuse: We protect ourselves against abuse and fraud, and we will take legal action for fraud and copyright infringement in case we identify a copy of our product (modified or unmodified) after you made use of our money back guarantee.

60 days of receipt of refund request in form of:

c) If you paid by wire transfer, we will issue the refund by wire transfer back to the same bank account.
- Price Match Amount: All refunds are made in US dollars in the amount of
